1. Thai National Only, Male/Female with a few years of experience either in Front Office Operation or Food and Beverage Operations
2. Team work with high standard of work and attention to details.
3. Good interpersonal ability, friendly, caring and dedicated individual.
4. English communication skill with customer and team oriented.
5. Polite and helpful manner when dealing with guest
6. Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded with energetics person
7. Being able to work on flexible hours/shift as necessary
1. Register guests and assigns room. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
2. Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms assignment.
3. Uses proper telephone etiquette, mail and message handling procedures.
4. Perform selling techniques to sell rooms, food and beverage and to promote other services of the hotel.
5. Manage caf? set up and its service operation within the caf? including food and beverage.
6. Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, cashier, cash handling policies and procedures.
7. Coordinates room status updates with housekeeping as well as kitchen operations
8. Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to Resident master or assistant master.
9. Knows all safety, emergency procedures and accident prevention policies.
10. Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and caf? area.
11. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
12. Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort
13. Print and close the shift on PMS/ POS
14. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction and following the standard operating procedures.
